Hey You! Welcome to the GEHATI shop! We've created an entire community of women who love hand chains! It is the perfect, unique, dainty, minimalist, durable piece of jewelry that will become an everyday staple in your collection!
GEHATI (gee-au-tee) is a small company that handcrafts jewelry and turns fine fragrances into soy candles, shower steamers, multi-purpose air freshener sprays and more. Everyone who works in the GEHATI lab loves hand making products-- so it never feels like work.
All of our aroma and skin care products are vegan friendly, cruelty free 🐰 and environmentally conscious 🌱. Our air freshener fragrances are phthalate-free. Our whipped body butters and hydrating face oils are created with ALL NATURAL ingredients. We focus our attention on creating products as toxin-free, as possible.
The process time for production is 1-3 business days before shipping. First class shipping usually takes 3-5 business days and we have an option for priority and express shipping. Find details under shipping policy.

Hand Chains:
Please measure the length of your hand. We add a visual to each description to show you how to measure, properly. We highly recommend measuring palm side up. If you have any questions, please reach out to us before placing order so that we can guide you on measurements. For the wrist, there are instructions within the description on how to properly measure.
Care instructions
Sterling Silver Jewelry:
Sterling Silver jewelry is meant for everyday wear. However, we DO NOT recommend wearing while cleaning or swimming. Household chemicals will dull the silver even with Sterling Silver cleaning solutions. In the event, your Silver tarnishes, due to exposure to oxygen and sulfur in the air, dip or wipe with Sterling Silver cleaner and it will shine back NEW. To keep your Silver from tarnishing, store in the jewelry pouch provided or an airtight container.
14kt Gold Fill Jewelry:
As long as Gold Filled pieces are properly cared for, they can last for years. We DO NOT recommend wearing jewelry while swimming or cleaning. Please remove before showering. You can wash your hands regularly without it tarnishing.
When will my order ship out?
You can check your Etsy receipt for the estimated ship date. Simply go to purchases and look for the receipt from our shop. Our turn around estimates depend on the item you purchase from the shop, see below:
Made to Order Jewelry: 5-7 business days, processing time (Mon-Fri). We carefully handcraft each piece of jewelry by your exact measurements provided, so it takes a little time.
Aroma Products: 3-5 business days, processing time (Mon-Fri). We handcraft all of our aroma products, in which needs a little time to cure before shipping.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! So, we ACCEPT returns for full refund minus shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving your package. Your request must be initiated through Etsy messages and sent back in mont condition with all original packaging.
We ACCEPT exchanges and offer a one-time complimentary fix. You're responsible for shipping item to us and we will return it to you with a first time, NO CHARGE. After that, we do offer a one time complimentary fix within 3 months of having your jewelry, but you are responsible for ALL shipping fees.
For orders outside of the U.S., we DO offer one time complimentary exchanges. We DO NOT cover any shipping fees. You are responsible for any shipping fees.
